25 year old Roof Replacement. the crews started early in the day which this household appreciated. The inspector and the replacement crew were nice and good to deal with. Each day (2 Days) they completely cleaned up after themselves and respected the property. A well done job for a fair price.

Craven Construction was contracted to repair and install a new roofing system to several buildings in our community as part of a capital improvement re-roof project. The crews worked very quickly to get our roofs upgraded and replaced with exceptional service, quality workmanship, competitive pricing, cleanliness, safety and great communication. Our third-party consultant monitored and inspected the work as it was completed and was extremely pleased with the final product. I oversaw the project for our community and we’ve been left very pleased with the work. Definitely recommend Craven Construction.

I hired Randy to do a re-roof on my patio cover. He was thorough in his estimate that he provided of what he would do and what the costs would be. He and his crew just finished the job and I couldn’t be any happier with the quality of their work, the cleanliness and just pure professionalism. If I ever need to hire a roofing person in the future, Craven Construction would be my firs call. One thing that I didn’t know until after he finished the job was that he does house painting and I am confident that his work would again be excellent. I had already hired another company to do the painting so he missed out on this but I should have asked. Great company, great workmanship and they take pride in their work!!!!

I contacted Randy when a storm ripped most of my roof off in June. He was out same day with an estimate and pictures for my insurance company. He also came the same day as the inspector to show it to them. His crew was started on a Friday and that same night another storm ripped off their work. He sent someone out on a Saturday to make sure it would be ok until the job was finished. My roof was fixed super fast on their part. Kari in the office was great to work with. She called and fought with my insurance company for me. This was a very stressful time and if I was dealing with any other company I know my roof would still be waiting to get fixed. My insurance and mortgage company have been such a hassle thoughtout this whole thing but Randy, Kari and their crew made sure I was taken care of. I will definitely use them if needed and will be referring them to anyone that needs a new roof or even just something fixed!

Craven Construction replaced the roof on a home we bought it Globe, AZ. They were responsive and great to work with from quote to completion. They let us know the expected start date but we’re able to fit us in earlier and finished the job in just a couple days. We asked for special blue roofing and they were able to accommodate and we loved the result. Kari was especially great to work with. Happy customers. 🙂

Craven Construction just completed replacing my roof yesterday. They did a great job and completed it before when they had originally estimated. They used quality materials (Owens Corning shingles) and were responsive to my questions. The crew that did the on site work was experienced and knowledgeable. One of them had been a roofer in Seattle before moving to Phoenix so he probably knows a lot about rain. The job was done in line with what my insurance inspector/adjuster said would be needed. Great people who follow through. While I will probably long gone (I am getting old) before I need another roof, I would use them again.

I bought a new home and needed a loft enclosed into a 4th bedroom. Randy came over to do a bid within a day of me calling for an appointment and he even rearranged his work load so he could get my project done while my kids and I were out of town. Both Randy and his crew did an amazing job. Their attention to detail and work ethic was very impressive. In the not to distant future I will need my roof done as well as my exterior painted and I will without a doubt be calling New Roof AZ.

Had my 25 year old tile roof completely redone with new felt, nail strips, flashing, etc. Roofers did an excellent job; very professional, courteous and attentive to detail. My roof is better now than it was when I closed on my newly built home in 1993.

Randy and his team did a beautiful job replacing my 30yr old original roof in Alta Mesa. The Original concrete tiles were stretched, he notified me of the issue and was resolved immediately. He even went out of his way to replace the roof on my shed, and replaced rotten fascia. Would Highly Recommend!

Just a letter of appreciation for the fine job you and your company did in installing my new roof. The roof has met its promise by fending off the rain and wind. I waited until it had been through multiple rain and wind events. (Almost a year). The job was completed on time, your workmen were industrious and friendly. They done a very good job on the cleanup, asking me if I would inspect to make sure I was satisfied with the cleanup, and I was. I decided to use Craven Construction after a monsoon blew the shingles off of my shop. During the install the temperature rose to 114 F, his crew finished a 1500 sq ft roof in one day. I commend them for working in that heat and doing an excellent job.
