Our Apache Junction customer had an existing aluminum awning with a screen room that was very outdated. They asked us to completely demolish the whole thing and provide them with a custom-designed wood patio.

Our crew built a new wood patio with 6×6 support posts and a full-length glue lamb beam. The 1”x6” tongue and groove ceiling is fully insulated and complete with new can lights and electrical plug for Christmas lights. We added a 2-ply peel-and-stick roof to the patio area along with a new 30-year shingle roof to the house. To match the new roof, we also extended a wall.
